From the heart of Ethiopia’s Sidama region, Dembi offers a stunning natural-processed coffee. Handpicked cherries are meticulously floated to ensure only the best fruit is used, then dried in the shade for 18 days to achieve an ideal 11.2% moisture. After resting for 4 weeks, the coffee is hulled and readied for export, preserving its vibrant, fruit-forward profile.
