From the rolling hills of Minas Gerais, this microlot from Fazendas Dutra is a tribute to legacy, family, and craftsmanship. Grown on a network of family-run farms in São João do Manhuaçu, this Catuai variety is nurtured with care by brothers Ednilson and Walter Dutra, who have continued their father’s dream after his passing—expanding the land from just one hectare to over 500.

The Pulped Natural Process:

Handpicked and selectively processed, the coffee undergoes a pulped natural method—partially removing the cherry’s outer layer while drying. This technique brings out a layered sweetness, round body, and subtle fruit undertones that highlight the best of Brazilian coffee.
